This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Automation Engineer based in India.
This role is centered on designing and delivering intelligent automation systems that transform how business operations run across multiple functions.
You will build and scale AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enable smarter decision-making across teams and clients.
The position combines process analysis, system integration, and hands-on automation development using modern no-code/low-code and AI tools.
You will work directly with stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities, map workflows, and implement end-to-end automation solutions.
A strong focus is placed on building AI agents and intelligent systems that drive measurable operational impact.
This is a highly hands-on, delivery-focused role in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and ownership are key.

- Analyze and map end-to-end business workflows across operations, sales, HR, customer support, and other core functions to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
- Integrate multiple business systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and other LLM-based tools.
- Build rule-based decision engines, including scoring models, routing logic, escalation systems, and automated alerts.
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Create documentation, process maps, and implementation guides to support adoption and scalability of automation systems.
- Continuously improve existing workflows by optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability of automation solutions.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building automation workflows using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience designing AI-driven workflows or agents using tools like OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM technologies.
- Solid understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business process optimization.
- Experience integrating multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, JSON, or related technologies.
- Ability to build rule-based automation systems such as scoring models, decision trees, and routing logic.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in RevOps, SalesOps, Business Operations, or process improvement roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data enrichment tools, and business intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating automation workflows or AI agent implementations.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
