This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Manager based in India.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of gaming, digital media, and programmatic advertising, where you will be responsible for driving the execution and performance of multi-channel advertising campaigns. You will work across social, programmatic, and partner networks to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and optimized in real time. The role requires strong technical fluency in AdTech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and tracking tools. You will collaborate closely with account and sales teams while acting as a key operational driver for campaign success. In this fast-growing environment, your work will directly influence revenue growth and global expansion. You will also engage with gaming publishers and partners, helping brands connect with audiences in immersive environments. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns across social, display, programmatic, and partner networks, ensuring strong performance and alignment with client objectives.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring accurate delivery and adherence to KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real time using A/B testing, audience insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks across all campaigns to guarantee reliable reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Troubleshoot delivery, targeting, and creative issues efficiently while continuously improving campaign outcomes and operational processes.
- Oversee reconciliation, invoicing, and cost tracking in coordination with Finance teams, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and the broader AdTech ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in managing social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, including strategy and optimization.
- Solid understanding of tracking, tagging, pixels, and analytics tools, with experience in implementation and troubleshooting.
- Experience in audience creation and activation, including first-party, third-party, and custom segments across digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in gaming, digital media, AdTech, or marketing technology, with exposure to fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and manage campaign workflows in dynamic, evolving settings.
