Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: SE Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
$38–$45/hour + Full Benefits + Supportive In-House Therapy Team

What You’ll Do
As a PTA, you’ll partner closely with licensed Physical Therapists to support residents through recovery and functional improvement in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
- Assisting residents with mobility, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises
- Implementing individualized therapy plans using manual techniques and assistive devices
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress timely and with accuracy
- Educating and motivating residents throughout their recovery journey
- Ensuring compliance with therapy protocols and safety standards
- Partnering with the therapy and nursing teams to support patient-centered outcomes
- Staying current with best practices through continuing education
What You Bring
- Active Oregon PTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Valid CPR certification
- 6+ months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach

Requirements:Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
Licenses/Certification:
- Current state PTA licensure
- Valid CPR certification
Experience:
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
