- Develop, maintain, and evolve data engineering solutions, ensuring high standards of data quality, availability, and performance.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines across multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL-based routines and data processing logic within analytical and operational environments.
- Perform data modeling and implement best practices in architecture, coding standards, and scalable design.
- Manage version control processes using Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate deployments and data workflows.
- Work with AWS services, especially Amazon Redshift and Amazon S3, to support data platform operations.
- Participate in technical discussions, requirements analysis, and solution design aligned with business needs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Experience in software development and strong programming logic skills.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and command-line operations.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge, including data modeling, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience working with AWS, particularly Amazon Redshift and Amazon S3.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including versioning and continuous integration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have:
- Advanced SQL knowledge, especially in Amazon Redshift.
- Experience with Redshift architecture (distribution styles, sort keys, WLM, performance tuning).
- Advanced AWS experience in scalable, secure, and efficient architectures.
- Experience with large-scale, high-availability data environments.
- Strong skills in query and data pipeline performance optimization.
- Knowledge of DataOps practices and data automation frameworks.
