  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in S&OP processes, forecasting methodologies, and demand planning best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary within the $100,000–$125,000 range, plus bonus and equity eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Equity participation in a high-growth organization
