This role is a key driver of end-to-end demand visibility and business planning within a fast-growing consumer goods organization.
You will own the forecasting process across multiple product lines, translating market signals and commercial inputs into reliable, actionable demand plans.
The position plays a critical role in aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain around a single, trusted forecast.
You will influence decisions that directly impact inventory health, service levels, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.
Working in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment, you will continuously refine planning processes, tools, and forecasting accuracy.
This role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership and strong business acumen.

- Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process, including statistical and consensus-based rolling forecasts across products, customers, and channels.
- Lead the S&OP Demand Review cycle, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability, translating insights into continuous improvement actions.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to integrate promotional plans, distribution changes, and demand-shaping initiatives into forecasts.
- Develop and maintain demand planning models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance to align demand plans with revenue forecasts, margin targets, and long-range planning.
- Work with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure demand signals inform inventory, production, and capacity planning.
- Identify demand risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- 8–10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in S&OP processes, forecasting methodologies, and demand planning best practices.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership.
