Project Manager / Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master based in United States.

This role is an opportunity to lead and facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects, from planning through delivery, while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement. The position involves working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives. You will play a key role in driving collaboration, transparency, and accountability within distributed teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you help translate business goals into actionable delivery plans. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team execution.
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives in a remote environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Track progress using tools such as Jira, ensuring transparency in reporting, backlog management, and sprint execution.
  • Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
  • Support team alignment by translating business requirements into actionable tasks and delivery plans.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with exposure to hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments considered a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in IT or software development environments is highly desirable.
