Accountabilities:
  • Lead global tax planning and strategy, including international structuring, cash repatriation, and optimization of effective tax rate across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee international tax computations and provisions (e.g., GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, Pillar Two) in alignment with US GAAP and ASC 740 requirements.
  • Drive tax strategy for M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, purchase accounting considerations, and post-merger integration.
  • Develop and implement tax-efficient global cash repatriation and liquidity strategies across subsidiaries.
  • Own transfer pricing strategy, documentation, and execution across intercompany arrangements, IP, services, and royalties.
  • Monitor global tax reform developments and proactively assess implications on business operations and financial strategy.
  • Lead tax research, audit defense, and compliance across federal, state, and international filings, ensuring regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in corporate tax within Big 4 accounting firms and/or large multinational corporate environments.
  • Strong expertise in US international tax regimes (e.g., GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F) and cross-border tax planning.
  • Proven track record leading complex M&A tax work, including structuring, modeling, due diligence, and integration.
  • Deep experience with transfer pricing design, documentation, and defense across multinational organizations.
  • CPA, JD, LL.M., or equivalent advanced tax qualification strongly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with ability to build complex tax and scenario models.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical tax issues into business impact.
  • Experience in technology or software-driven environments is highly advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus and long-term incentives.
  • Equity or stock participation opportunities depending on eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Flexible PTO policy and paid holidays.
  • Remote-friendly or hybrid work flexibility depending on location.
  • Career development opportunities within a global, high-growth environment.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on professional growth and impact.
