Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own and shape key product areas within a fast-scaling, AI-enabled healthcare workforce platform. You will drive end-to-end product strategy across core modules that directly impact how health systems schedule, staff, and manage clinical labor. Acting as a key bridge between customers, engineering, and business teams, you will translate complex operational challenges into scalable digital solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and deeply mission-oriented, focused on improving healthcare delivery outcomes. You will combine product discovery, execution, and customer engagement to deliver meaningful improvements to clinicians and healthcare organizations. This position is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, AI, and healthcare operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Own a significant product surface within core platform areas such as scheduling, on-demand staffing, or vendor management systems, driving end-to-end product definition, roadmap execution, and performance against key KPIs.
  • Act as the domain expert by deeply understanding users, customer workflows, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product direction and strategic positioning.
  • Drive product discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify opportunities, reduce risks, and define high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype features, analyze product behavior, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of products.
  • Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps, while influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven ownership of B2B software products and measurable impact on product performance and business outcomes.
  • Strong experience in product discovery, roadmap development, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with company strategy and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including querying data, interpreting metrics, and translating insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and accelerating product development workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate product vision.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments; healthcare or workforce management experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to balance speed, quality, and prioritization effectively.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package with potential bonus and/or equity opportunities
  • Flexible work arrangements in a remote-first environment
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and flexible vacation policies
  • Employer-sponsored retirement savings plan (401k)
  • Wellness, telehealth, and employee assistance programs
  • Monthly stipends for phone or home office support
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning support
