This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead based in the United States.
This is a senior technical leadership role focused on designing, building, and delivering high-impact ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers undergoing digital transformation. You will operate at the intersection of ServiceNow engineering, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices, helping organizations unlock the full potential of AI-enabled IT workflows. The role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership, requiring deep technical expertise and strong client-facing capabilities. You will lead complex implementations across ITOM and related modules while integrating ServiceNow with major cloud ecosystems and third-party systems. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on solving complex enterprise challenges with scalable, production-ready solutions. You will also play a key role in guiding customers through modernization efforts, ensuring reliability, performance, and long-term platform value.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality ServiceNow applications and workflows aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps capabilities.
- Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and related technologies.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and UI scripts.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and deliver implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, scripting, and performance issues across ServiceNow environments.
- Contribute to Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of assigned technical workstreams.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, platform customization, and integration development.
- Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to ITOM implementations.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure integrations.
- Experience working across multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.
