VP, Business Transformation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Business Transformation based in Brazil.

This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improve operational performance, scalability, and overall business effectiveness. The position plays a pivotal role in identifying strategic opportunities, building strong business cases, and driving cross-functional execution across multiple teams and stakeholders. It requires close collaboration with operational leaders and technology partners to translate ideas into structured, data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable value. The role also involves leading a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities. Operating at an executive level, the position demands strong influencing skills, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments. This is a high-impact opportunity for a transformation leader who excels at bridging strategy and execution while driving sustainable business change.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and advance enterprise transformation opportunities aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Lead the development of data-driven business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment for key initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional improvement programs focused on efficiency, cost optimization, scalability, and customer and employee experience enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to analyze processes, identify pain points, and define improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Process Analysts while promoting best practices in process improvement and transformation delivery.
  • Drive execution of transformation initiatives through structured change management frameworks and ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Monitor progress of initiatives and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or business improvement roles within complex organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrix or enterprise environment.
  • Strong expertise in business case development, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from ideation through execution.
  • Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working with senior and executive leadership.
  • Experience collaborating closely with IT teams on technology-enabled business transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
  • Background in financial services or mortgage servicing is a plus.
