Senior Member Marketing Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Member Marketing Associate based in the United States.

This is an opportunity for a detail-driven marketing professional to play a key role in high-impact member engagement campaigns within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that drive member enrollment and improve health outcomes at scale. The role blends campaign operations, data-driven experimentation, and cross-functional coordination across product, data, and customer success teams. You will work in a highly structured, performance-oriented setting where accuracy, speed, and consistency are essential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operational excellence in marketing and thrives in managing complex workflows with precision. You will also leverage modern AI tools to enhance execution, analysis, and campaign performance. Your work will directly contribute to improving member participation in preventative health programs with measurable real-world impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Translate enrollment and engagement strategies into operational marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and multi-channel programs.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign execution including template creation, audience segmentation, targeting logic, scheduling, QA, and performance monitoring.
  • Execute, track, and analyze A/B tests, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and member engagement.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, and Asana to build, launch, and optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all campaign workflows and audience lists.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align campaign execution with business and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, operational workflows, reporting insights, and campaign optimization.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and QA processes to ensure scalable and repeatable campaign operations.
  • Support continuous improvement of marketing performance through structured experimentation and data-driven analysis.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution roles.
  • Strong experience managing email marketing campaigns with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Iterable (or similar ESPs), Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, targeting logic, and operational campaign workflows.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make structured recommendations.
  • Experience in building QA processes, documentation, and scalable marketing workflows.
  • Exposure to direct mail campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in structured, fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing execution is a plus.
