Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a IT Systems Audit Manager to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency isDefense Logistics Agency
• Applies accounting principles and theories toassistmanagement in making informed decisions,solvescomplex problems, and help managers improve performancein accordance withlaws, standards, and regulations.
• Manages a project and provides guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks.
• Participates in planning of engagement and in all tasks delegated by managers.
• Designs,implementsand manages accounting orauditprojects. Analyzes and develops client solutions withteam.
• Interfaces with the client on a day-to-day basis.
• Directs the completion of project specific tasks within estimatedtime framesand budget constraints and ensures deliverables are compliant with the PWS.
• Manages day-to-day activities andreviewwork products for completeness and adherence to applicable regulations and customer requirements.
• Delivers presentations andleadsclient meetings.

Requirements:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
• At least 6 years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least 2 years with the government leading and providing technical direction on audit and/or audit advisory projects.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, Management’s Responsibility for Internal Control; A-127, Financial Management Systems; A-134, Financial Accounting Principles and Standards; and the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual requirements
• Experience working with DoD/DLA
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
