Position Summary:

As a Residential/Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing plumbing equipment in both residential and commercial environments. You will inspect systems for safety and effectiveness, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers—leading them to informed, confident buying decisions by providing extraordinary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide detailed repair solutions to customers.

  • Clearly explain options and obtain customer agreement before performing any work.

  • Perform pipe inspections using advanced camera technology.

  • Unclog sewers, kitchen/bathroom sinks, tubs, and toilets using modern plumbing snakes and drain machines.

  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked service truck with adequate inventory.

  • Complete required digital documentation accurately and collect/record fees seamlessly via company tablet/phone.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Proficient in the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with customers and internal management.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Preferred (Not Required): Any current plumbing certifications or licenses are a major plus!

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs repeatedly during work hours.

  • Ability to climb ladders, step stools, and navigate small/confined dark spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).

  • Ability to work comfortably in a wide range of indoor and outdoor temperatures.

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the workday between local job sites and customer locations.

  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
