Job Description
The Directoris responsible fora portfolio of projects, project teams, and client relationships. This role drives execution, financial performance, staffing, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Support general leadership of the assigned market
Lead data center campus teams
Providehands onmanagement support for individual projects
Manage overall budgets and corresponding subcontractor/vendor/consultant budgets
Manage overall schedules
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensuretimelycompletion.
Perform quality control duties and responsibilitiesregardingthe work being performed.
Ensure thatsubcontractoris fully executing andcomplying withthe contracted scope of work.
Coordinate required inspections with localjurisdictions.
Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them toprojectteam for resolution.
Maintain dailylog (written)of activities on thejobsite.
May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
Ensuresubcontractor hascorrected all deficiencies identified byprojectteam.
Walk all units on project daily tomonitoractivities andassistin future planning.
Presideover weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractorsin regards toquality of work or scheduling.
Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by EverOn management.
Identifysubcontractornon-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Review schedules, forecasts, and risk profiles.
Conduct portfolio health assessments.
Align resources across projects.
Review project forecasts monthly.
Manage contingency exposure.
Drive change order recovery.
Ensure profitabilityobjectivesare achieved.
Build executive-level relationships.
Resolve escalated client concerns.
Participate in strategic planning sessions.
Generate repeat business opportunities.
Develop PMs and Superintendents.
Identify future leaders.
Conduct quarterly talent reviews.
Create succession plans.
Standardize processes.
Implement lessons learned.
Improve project controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
