Summary:
The Servicing Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for accurately and timely processing of vendor invoice payments to the servicing system daily. This position will work collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Data entry of all payments accurately, either manually or electronically to the servicing system.
Run reports.
Reconciles disbursement of checks and ACH.
Works pending and exception items.
Maintains voids, refund transactions, overnight transactions.
Tracks cashed checks, voids etc.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Other Related Duties:
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities but works independently.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required along with 6 months related payment processing/banking, hands-on work experience.
Must be MS Office proficient- specifically excel.
Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
Previous LoanServ experience a strong plus.

Problems and issues faced are general but require analysis of FFOC’s policies and procedures, as well as external best practices and regulations, to assess and resolve.
