This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Advogado Especialista based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to provide sophisticated legal advisory and litigation support across a broad range of business matters.
You will have a strong focus on commercial and rural credit recovery, developing assertive strategies to maximize successful outcomes.
The position combines legal analysis, litigation management, contract work, risk assessment, and preventive advisory.
You will work on complex cases involving asset investigation, judicial measures, enforcement, and innovative legal strategies.
The role requires autonomy, technical depth, and the ability to translate complex legal challenges into practical, results-oriented solutions.
You will interact closely with clients, helping them make critical decisions while mitigating legal and commercial risks.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide legal advisory and consulting services across civil, corporate, contractual, labor, administrative, and other relevant areas of law.
  • Manage and monitor portfolios of complex judicial and administrative proceedings, maintaining close alignment with clients and providing regular updates and reports.
  • Develop and review procedural documents, legal opinions, contracts, reports, and other legal instruments requiring a high degree of technical analysis and autonomy.
  • Lead strategies focused on commercial and rural credit recovery, identifying effective judicial and extrajudicial alternatives to maximize recovery outcomes.
  • Conduct or support specialized asset investigations and identify opportunities for asset seizure, enforcement, and expropriation.
  • Evaluate and apply appropriate judicial systems, procedural mechanisms, atypical measures, and other legal strategies to support credit recovery.
  • Analyze opportunities for filing Incidente de Desconsideração da Personalidade Jurídica (IDPJ) when legally appropriate.
  • Assess legal risks, conduct diagnoses, and recommend practical and strategic alternatives aligned with client objectives.
  • Research legislation, case law, legal doctrine, and emerging legal strategies to support complex matters and develop updated arguments.
  • Prepare legal studies and opinions involving civil, procedural, corporate, contractual, intellectual property, labor, social security, and other areas of law as required.
  • Support preventive legal initiatives, helping clients mitigate risks and maintain regulatory and contractual compliance.
  • Negotiate and advise on legal matters while preserving commercial relationships and seeking efficient dispute-resolution alternatives.
  • Manage deadlines, procedural activities, documentation, and case information with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Develop customized legal solutions that add value to clients and contribute to positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with an active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Law, Contract Law, Civil Law, or a related area is preferred.
  • Additional postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are considered a plus.
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in general legal practice and credit recovery.
  • Solid knowledge of Civil Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Procedure.
  • Familiarity with Labor Procedure and Labor Law, with experience handling complex civil, labor, and administrative proceedings.
  • Demonstrated experience managing judicial proceedings, deadlines, procedural documentation, and client portfolios.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and legal writing skills, including the preparation of sophisticated procedural documents and legal opinions.
  • Ability to independently analyze complex legal issues, identify risks, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of professional ethics, accountability, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong client-focused and results-oriented approach.
