Nutrition that Works, LLC is currently seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team!
We have an exciting opportunities available at a few long-term care facilities in New York:
**Remote Hours 16-32hours per week**
Enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive compensation – all while making a meaningful impact in residents' lives!
Position Highlights
– Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
– Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
– Completing the MDS
– Calculate tube feeding
– Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
Ideal Candidates
– Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
– State Dietetic Licensure
– Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset
– Positive, professional attitude
