What You'll Do

• Build and protect a productive daily schedule and optimize chair time
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10 to 12 clinical and admin staff
• Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and practice reporting
• Drive an excellent patient experience, hygiene recare, and new patient growth
• Keep the practice compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and Georgia dental board standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years managing a dental practice or comparable healthcare office
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and the revenue cycle
• Proficiency with practice management software
• Proven leadership and the ability to hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset
• Preferred: fee-for-service experience and familiarity with KPIs and dashboards
