Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Cole Apartments in Fayetteville, NC.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

• $20.00- $22.00/HR

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
