This role is focused on shaping and evolving the developer experience across a modern engineering platform used by multiple product teams. You will work within a platform engineering context to simplify, standardize, and improve the end-to-end development journey, reducing friction and enabling engineers to build and deliver software more efficiently. The position plays a strategic role in defining golden paths, improving tooling, and ensuring consistent adoption of best practices across teams. You will collaborate closely with delivery and platform engineers to align technical standards and improve productivity at scale. • Develop and evolve tools, workflows, and platforms that improve the overall developer experience across engineering teams.
• Contribute to the standardization of development practices, ensuring consistency and ease of adoption across squads.
• Design and maintain Golden Paths that simplify software delivery and reduce complexity in development workflows.
• Identify and reduce friction points in the development lifecycle, improving productivity and developer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support onboarding and platform usage.
• Collaborate with platform engineering and delivery teams to ensure alignment of tools, processes, and standards.
• Support the improvement and automation of CI/CD pipelines and related development workflows.
• Promote best practices in software delivery, including self-service capabilities and standardized deployment flows.
• Participate in the evolution of internal developer platforms and engineering enablement initiatives.

• Previous experience as a software engineer in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or enabling teams.
• Strong technical background in software development and system design.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation of development workflows.
• Experience with documentation and standardization of technical processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Spinnaker, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Knowledge of internal developer platforms (IDP) and engineering enablement concepts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to work with complex engineering ecosystems and improve developer workflows.
• Experience with rollout, release strategies, or progressive delivery is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Backstage, Qlty, BrowserStack, or Statsig is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and focus on developer experience quality.
