HTI is hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a leading manufacturing facility in the Greenville, SC area. This is a great opportunity for candidates with metal fabrication, CNC, or press brake setup experience who are looking for long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and career growth within a growing operation.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate press brake machines for sheet metal fabrication

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings

• Program and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications

• Verify dimensions and inspect finished parts using tape measures and calipers

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain production flow

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals

What You Need

• Previous press brake setup and operating experience required

• CNC or metal fabrication experience strongly preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

• Experience with machine programming and setup preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine faults

• Manufacturing experience required

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

Schedule

• 1st Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Overtime and Saturdays regularly available

Pay

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Higher-level setup/programming candidates strongly encouraged to apply

• Target pay around $26/hour for experienced operators
