Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee manufacturing industry projects while serving as the primary client contact responsible for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, resource management, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role will lead cross-functional project teams, manage project profitability, support proposal development, and ensure successful delivery of manufacturing and engineering projects from concept through completion.

As a Senior Project Manager, You Will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Manage manufacturing and industrial projects including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety performance
• Coordinate engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and manage project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Monitor project scope changes and secure change authorizations when required
• Manage project financials including pricing, invoicing, profitability, and cash flow performance
• Assist with proposal development, project specifications, scope creation, and contract negotiations
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and technical performance to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to resolve operational or project-related issues
• Prepare client reports tracking cost, schedule, and quality performance metrics
• Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior Project Managers and project personnel
• Drive productivity improvements and cost-efficient project execution initiatives

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of project management experience within manufacturing or industrial environments required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline required
• Professional Engineering (PE) License and/or PMP Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction project delivery models including Design Build, AEPCM, CM, and A/E environments
• Experience with contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and project financial management
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and project teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Microsoft Office and Navisworks experience preferred
• Valid drivers license required
