We're growing quickly and looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help define and scale the Outbuild brand through compelling storytelling, educational content, and customer-driven marketing.

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Content Marketing Manager who can own content across the entire customer journey — from awareness to conversion to customer advocacy.

This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands B2B SaaS marketing, and can create content that educates, engages, and drives pipeline. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, customer success, and product teams to shape Outbuild's voice and build content programs that elevate our brand and generate demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and maintain Outbuild's annual and quarterly content calendar aligned to pipeline and product launch goalsOwn the editorial strategy across blog, email, website, social media, and customer-facing assetsTranslate ICPs (ideal customer profiles) and buyer journeys into content that meets prospects at each stage of the funnelDefine and enforce brand voice and content standards across all departments

Content Creation & Production

Write, edit, and publish high-quality long-form content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and email sequencesPartner with the Director of Digital Marketing and Head of Marketing on campaign-level content strategy and messagingCollaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to produce visually aligned content assetsManage and brief external content contributors or agencies as needed

SEO & Performance

Lead organic search strategy including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink developmentTrack and report on content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, MQLs, conversions) using analytics toolsUse data to continuously refine content strategy and prioritize high-impact topics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Marketing to develop launch content, feature announcements, and competitive positioningCollaborate with Sales to produce enablement content including one-pagers, battle cards, and email templatesWork with Customer Success to develop customer stories, testimonials, and retention-focused contentRepresent the marketing team in cross-departmental content initiatives

Team & Process Leadership

Mentor Marketing Specialists and Associates on content best practices, writing quality, and editorial workflowsOwn the content review and approval process, maintaining quality and brand consistencyIdentify opportunities to build scalable content systems, templates, and workflowsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaSExceptional writing and storytelling skillsExperience creating customer-facing content including case studies and thought leadershipStrong understanding of social media and organic content growthExperience writing conversion-focused website and email copyAbility to manage multiple content initiatives independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentExperience with video/content production workflows is a plusConstruction technology, architecture, engineering, or industrial SaaS experience is a plusBENEFITS

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. This is a good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to pay at the time of hire. Final compensation will be determined based on individual factors including skills, experience, and geographic location.

🌐 Fully Remote

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are currently hiring in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
