Sr. Business Systems & Quality Analyst in Folsom, California at The Goal Family of Companies

As a Senior Business Systems & Quality Analyst, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams—leading testing efforts, driving system improvements, and helping deliver solutions that support both client needs and company growth.

You'll combine deep quality assurance expertise with business analysis and project leadership to help ensure our systems perform accurately, reliably, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead testing efforts across complex system enhancements, releases, and implementations
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, test scenarios, and scalable solutions
• Identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of defects, risks, and system issues
• Analyze system behavior and recommend process and technology improvements
• Partner with business leaders, developers, compliance teams, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes
• Support platform growth through process improvements, quality standards, and scalable testing practices

What You Bring – Required

• 5+ years of hands-on QA testing experience (manual testing?required)?OR an equivalent combination of education and experience?
• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and QA processes
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and QA lifecycles
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases

What You Bring – Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience in financial services, lending, or loan servicing platforms
• Experience supporting system implementations or large-scale technology initiatives
• Experience working with compliance, audit, or regulatory requirements

Pay Range

Folsom, CA: $120,000–$138,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
