- Lead the design, oversight, and execution of global clinical studies ensuring scientific validity, regulatory compliance, and ethical integrity throughout all phases of research.
- Develop and implement regulatory and clinical strategies to support timely product approvals across multiple global regulatory authorities.
- Oversee clinical research programs across interventional cardiology and renal denervation therapies, ensuring alignment with business and clinical objectives.
- Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of regulatory submissions and clinical documentation supporting product approval processes.
- Represent clinical research functions within regional and global settings, engaging with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional and external networks to support clinical trial execution and evidence generation strategies.
- Lead multi-study portfolios and cross-business clinical initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant clinical research experience, including at least 10 years in managerial or leadership roles, or an advanced degree with 13+ years of experience including 10 years in management.
- Extensive experience in clinical research leadership within medical devices, healthcare technology, or regulated clinical environments.
- Strong expertise in clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory strategy development for global product approvals.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing clinical studies, including ethical and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-study clinical portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with regulatory authorities, investigators, and internal executive teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, scientific communication, and decision-making abilities in high-stakes environments.
- Experience in cardiovascular, interventional cardiology, or renal denervation therapies is highly desirable.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $266,400 to $399,600 depending on experience and location.
