Job Description

Senior Manager/Director of Demand Generation

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Demand Generation in the United States.

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused marketing leadership role responsible for building and scaling modern demand generation programs in a fast-moving, category-defining environment. You will design and execute multi-channel growth strategies that directly drive pipeline, accelerate customer acquisition, and expand enterprise penetration. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can operate autonomously while collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will play a key role in transforming Community engagement into commercial opportunities, while also building scalable ABM, paid media, and lifecycle programs. This is a highly data-driven environment where experimentation, speed, and ownership are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, leverages AI-enabled workflows, and is motivated by measurable business impact across the entire revenue funnel.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and scale full-funnel demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, webinars, email nurture, events, partner marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Drive Community-to-commercial conversion strategies, identifying and converting engaged users into qualified sales opportunities and revenue pipeline.
  • Design and execute ABM programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts, regulated industries, and competitive displacement opportunities.
  • Own paid media strategy and performance across key digital channels, continuously optimizing for pipeline contribution and efficiency.
  • Develop nurture and lifecycle programs to improve engagement, conversion rates, and sales velocity across the funnel.
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align campaigns with revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve segmentation, personalization, testing, content creation, and campaign execution speed.
  • Analyze performance metrics, attribution, and pipeline data to inform investment decisions and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Contribute to SEO and AEO initiatives to strengthen inbound demand, discoverability, and category authority.
  • Ensure strong operational rigor, reporting, and continuous improvement across all demand generation activities.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, infrastructure, DevOps, data platforms, security, or developer-focused products.
  • Strong expertise across paid media, SEO/AEO, email nurture, webinars, conversion optimization, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience working with open-source communities and converting community engagement into commercial pipeline is highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline analysis.
  • Strong collaboration experience with Sales, RevOps, and cross-functional go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging for both developers and executive buyers.
  • Highly execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing execution is strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Competitive compensation package including meaningful equity participation.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage (country dependent).
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching (US-based employees).
  • Home office allowance for remote employees.
  • Strong focus on career growth, learning, and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Collaborative, transparent, and high-ownership culture.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge DevOps, database, and developer tooling markets.
