This role is a senior, hands-on leadership position responsible for driving performance-based demand generation across multiple client accounts in a fast-scaling agency environment. You will own strategy and execution across Meta advertising campaigns focused on high-value lead generation and appointment setting, directly impacting client revenue outcomes. The role blends strategic oversight, client leadership, and deep execution ownership, requiring both analytical rigor and creative marketing expertise. You will operate as the primary driver of campaign performance, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified appointments and strong client retention. Working closely with operations leadership, you will refine systems, scale successful playbooks, and elevate performance standards across accounts. In this role, you will own end-to-end demand generation performance across client portfolios, combining strategic planning, campaign execution, and client leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Own client accounts end-to-end and serve as the primary strategic and operational point of contact
- Lead recurring client meetings to review performance, align on strategy, and drive optimization decisions
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to achieve cost-per-appointment goals
- Develop ad copy, messaging frameworks, hooks, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial audiences
- Oversee tracking infrastructure including pixels, conversion events, and automation integrations
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement performance improvement strategies
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution across campaigns
This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, client management capability, and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in Meta advertising and performance marketing
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts and delivering consistent performance results
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, including experience writing ads and conversion-focused scripts
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, analytics tools, and basic marketing automation systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable optimization strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving and execution discipline
- Experience in lead generation, appointment-setting funnels, or high-ticket services is highly preferred
