Director of Regional Campuses (East)
The Director of Regional Campuses (East) provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and
administrative direction for Westcliff University’s current and future regional campuses across the eastern
and southern United States, including established locations in Florida (Miami and Orlando) and Texas
(Dallas), as well as prospective expansion sites aligned with the university’s long-term growth strategy.
This position is permanently based in Dallas, Texas, and serves as leadership presence for the Dallas campus,
with direct responsibility for campus operations, the student lifecycle experience, community engagement,
and regional partnership development. In addition, the Director oversees Associate Campus Directors
(ACDs) and other campus leadership personnel across existing and future regional locations, ensuring
operational consistency, student success, and alignment with institutional priorities.
Reporting directly to VP of Student Experience, the Director plays a critical role in supporting sustainable
campus growth, evaluating and operationalizing new campus opportunities, and ensuring all regional
operations reflect Westcliff University’s mission to educate, inspire, and empower a diverse global student
population.
Regional Campus Leadership & Operational Oversight
Provide executive-level leadership and operational oversight for Westcliff University’s regional campuses
across the eastern and southern United States, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, operational
excellence, and a consistent student experience across all locations.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate regional campus leadership teams, including Associate Campus Directors (ACDs)
and future campus administrators, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous
improvement across both established and emerging campuses.
Partner with university leadership to support strategic growth initiatives, assess expansion opportunities, scale
regional operations, and implement standardized practices that support sustainable multi-campus
development.
Student Success & Academic Operations
Oversee regional student success initiatives focused on retention, persistence, and graduation outcomes,
ensuring students receive consistent support throughout the academic lifecycle.
Collaborate with academic and administrative partners to address complex student concerns, support regional
scheduling and operational coordination, and ensure effective delivery of student services and campus
resources across all assigned locations.
Compliance, Partnerships & External Engagement
Ensure all regional campuses operate in full compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards,
and applicable state and federal regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate, community, and educational partners to
strengthen regional visibility, expand experiential learning opportunities, and support career outcomes for
students and graduates throughout the region.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree: Required (preferably in Education, Business, Higher Education Leadership, or a related field).
- Higher Education Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in higher education administration, student services, or campus operations. Experience managing multiple sites or remote teams is highly preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Texas higher education frameworks and Florida State regulations for Higher Education strongly preferred.
- Partnership Development: Proven track record of developing workforce, corporate, and community relations.
- Communication & Mobility: Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must be able to manage a physical campus while effectively leading remote teams.
- Student-Centric Mindset: A profound commitment to student success, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex operational challenges and collaborate smoothly across multiple university departments.
