This fully remote role provides flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage outbound lead generation activities focused on building qualified sales pipeline opportunities for cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and account-based targeting strategies.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with security and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, security challenges, budgets, and decision-making timelines.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities related to managed security services, incident response, ransomware recovery, vulnerability management, and security consulting solutions.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and handoffs for senior sales and technical leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records, including lead activity, prospect notes, pipeline status, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve messaging, outreach campaigns, prospect targeting, and sales engagement strategies.
  • Continuously optimize outreach scripts, sequencing strategies, and communication approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and contribute to key performance metrics, including meetings booked, pipeline generation, outreach conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Requirements:
  • 3–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, business development, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound lead generation.
  • Proven success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, services, and terminology such as MDR, EDR/XDR, SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud or network security.
  • Experience engaging with senior technical and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and risk leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong productivity and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or government is considered a plus.
  • Previous experience working within managed security services (MSSP) or services-led cybersecurity environments is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $60,000 to $65,000 USD plus commission opportunities.
  • Performance-based incentives with strong earning potential tied to results.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from within the United States.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and sick leave benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to company growth and revenue impact.
  • Exposure to enterprise cybersecurity engagements and real-world security operations.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced team culture with opportunities for professional growth in cybersecurity sales.
