You will work across cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments, and large-scale production systems to improve reliability, automation, observability, and deployment efficiency. You will partner closely with engineering, data, and security teams distributed across multiple time zones, contributing to systems that directly support advanced machine learning and data operations. - Build, maintain, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes production environments.
- Support and enhance machine learning infrastructure, data lake architectures, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure delivery processes to increase operational efficiency and reliability.
- Deploy, secure, and manage Kafka clusters and streaming systems running in Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams to strengthen platform reliability, scalability, compliance, and system security.
- Develop monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, logging frameworks, and observability solutions to proactively identify operational risks.
- Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes while maintaining high availability across production systems.
- Evaluate and implement new infrastructure tools and technologies that improve developer productivity and operational performance.
- Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and ongoing infrastructure optimization initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related infrastructure-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and production-grade cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and modern deployment workflows.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, infrastructure reliability, security best practices, and production operations.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability platforms.
- Experience managing Kafka clusters, Kafka streams, or event-driven architectures is considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones in a collaborative environment.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity, troubleshooting, and operational workflows is highly valued.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
