Are you a dependable leader with a passion for customer service, teamwork, and organization? ReTails Thrift Shop is looking for a motivated Part-Time Shift Leader to join our team.

Position Details

• Position: Shift Leader
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
• Hours: 9:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Plan

Key Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the thrift shop according to established procedures.
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead, support, and motivate staff members during each shift.
• Oversee and provide directions to community service volunteers.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and organized throughout the store.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Monitor store appearance and ensure all areas meet company standards.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations and any concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
