Job Description

About Unlimited Tech Solutions

Unlimited is a RevOps consultancy and Certified HubSpot Partner pushing HubSpot to its innovative edge. We help disjointed revenue teams take the guesswork out of revenue growth with a high-performance growth engine custom-built on the HubSpot platform. Our specialties include CRM implementation, data migration, custom integrations, websites on HubSpot CMS, and sales and marketing enablement that drives consistent, measurable results.

We’re a leading HubSpot Elite Partner, with experience in website design, custom integrations, and more tech-focused solutions. We focus on delivering complex tech solutions, high-level strategic support, and helping our clients succeed in their roles.

About the Role

This is a dual-stack integrations role. On the .NET side, you will build integrations between HubSpot and our clients' systems using C# on the Flowgear.net middleware platform. On the Node.js side, you will build integrations and automations across HubSpot Operations Hub, Private Apps and Public Apps, and partner with our web developers on serverless functions.

Most of the work is connecting systems that were never designed to talk to each other: unfamiliar APIs, imperfect data, and clients who need it to work reliably on day one. You will own integrations end to end — from understanding the requirement, to designing the approach, to shipping it, to supporting it once it is live. Expect to run several projects at once and to choose the right stack for each problem rather than defaulting to the one you know best.

What You'll Bring

You are a practical problem solver. You scope work accurately, communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders, and maintain code quality and thorough testing while keeping solutions as simple as the problem allows. You write documentation that someone else can pick up and use.

You consider how a change will affect the rest of the system before you ship it, and you raise risks early rather than at the deadline. You avoid overengineering: when a simple solution is the right one, you build the simple solution.

Your Responsibilities
  • .NET integrations: use C# and .NET on the Flowgear.net platform to integrate client systems and data sources with HubSpot.
  • Node.js integrations: use Node.js to integrate systems and data sources with HubSpot via Operations Hub,Private Apps, Public Apps and third-party middleware.
  • Automation: develop and implement custom coded workflows within HubSpot to automate client processes.
  • Serverless functions: partner with our web developers to build the serverless functions that deliver required functionality.
  • Support and troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues in the integrations and workflows you and the team build, keeping them stable in production.
  • Collaboration: work with our internal team to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet the objectives.
  • Documentation: produce clear, comprehensive documentation for everything you build, so the team can understand and maintain it without your involvement.
  • Delivery: run multiple projects concurrently and keep each one progressing.
Expected Results
  • Integration plans are executed accurately, completely, and on schedule.
  • The code and Flowgear flows you produce are reliable, maintainable, scalable and reusable, and clear enough for another developer to extend.
  • Integrations are tested thoroughly before they reach a client, so defects are found internally rather than in production.
  • Every piece of work ships with documentation the team can rely on.
  • Progress, blockers and timelines are communicated to stakeholders proactively.
Role Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience, with significant hands-on time in both C#/.NET and Node.js.
  • This role is open to any location, provided you can work U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours or maintain significant overlap with ET during core business hours.
  • C# and .NET: demonstrated ability to build efficient, scalable applications in C#.
  • Node.js: demonstrated ability to build efficient, scalable applications in Node.js.
  • Integrations: prior experience building complex, two-way integrations across dissimilar APIs.
  • iPaaS / middleware tooling: hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations on at least one iPaaS or integration middleware platform — for example Flowgear.net, Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Tray.io, Celigo or n8n.
  • Full SDLC: you have worked across the complete software development lifecycle — requirements gathering, technical design, development, code review, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Terraform: experience defining and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Problem solving: strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Attention to detail: accuracy and precision in data matching and integration work, where small errors can cause significant problems downstream.
  • Delivery under pressure: a track record of running multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing shifting deadlines, and consistently meeting them.
  • Self-sufficiency: you can pick up unfamiliar tools and work them out independently. This is essential in this role.
  • Communication: excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership: accountable, mature, organized, and reliable in delivering on commitments.
Nice-to-Have
