Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

At High Country Beverage (HCB), our Warehouse Cleaning and Repack Specialists are a vital engine of our facility care and inventory process. You’ll be part of a professional team in Northern Colorado that uses modern technology and equipment to ensure our warehouse is clean, and that every damaged product is seamlessly repacked and accounted for.

This role is highly physical, detail-oriented, and requires consistent energy. You don't need to be a marathon runner, but you do need to enjoy a job where you are constantly on the move and keeping things organized.
- Active Work: You will be maneuvering cases throughout your shift, maintaining productivity across differing warehouse temperatures. It’s a great way to stay fit while getting paid.
- The Heavy Lift: You’ll handle beverage cases and warehouse equipment. You must have the ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs without accommodations. We provide the training and equipment to ensure you do this safely and efficiently.
- Tech and Equipment Driven: You’ll utilize general janitorial supplies, operate a powered floor scrubber, and safely handle equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain and clean all areas of the warehouse.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Repacking: Break down and repack all damaged product as it arrives. Ensure all products are in code and within acceptable standards to be repacked (clean, no torn labels, not dented or broken). Keep a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Inventory Mastery: Return all repacked products to their correct location within the warehouse, ensuring all products are in rotation and properly warehoused.
- Flawless Rotation: Take full responsibility for the proper storage, rotation, and move beer process to keep inventory in correct alignment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain equipment used in the cleaning and warehouse process, with a special focus on the powered floor scrubber, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Team Support: Assist with the delivery route unloading process, participate as a team member with special warehouse assignments, and help with any other tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain the Space: Clean all areas of the warehouse, maintaining a professional attitude and adhering to all state and company policies and procedures.
