Job Description
Chmura’s Product Managers are responsible for identifying customer problems, defining product initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional JobsEQ experiences.
Product Managers may be assigned to either the Core Product or Product Studio team. While responsibilities are fundamentally the same, each team has a different product focus. Core Product Managers expand the capabilities of the JobsEQ platform. Product Studio Managers focuses on transforming approved product initiatives into reusable customer experiences. Product managers report to the Director of Product.
Working closely with other departments (Engineering, Data, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership), the Product Manager synthesizes customer feedback, market opportunities, and business strategy into clear product direction. Product Managers recommend priorities, define initiatives, and guide execution from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
The Product Manager, Product Studio will partner with a Product Designer to define, build, validate, and continuously refine the smallest delightful experience (SDE) that best achieves the product objective using existing JobsEQ capabilities.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy
· Become an expert in JobsEQ, our customers, and their workflows.
· Continuously synthesize customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, consulting insights, and executive direction into product opportunities.
· Define product initiatives that advance JobsEQ’s strategic objectives.
· Develop and maintain Opportunity Briefs for initiatives under consideration.
· Help present product recommendations and investment tradeoffs.
Customer Discovery· Conduct customer interviews and workflow discovery.
· Validate customer problems and business needs.
· Analyze customer feedback and product usage.
· Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings.
· Continuously improve understanding of customer workflows.
Product Definition· Define the customer problem, target audience, desired workflow, business objectives, and success criteria for approved initiatives.
· Collaborate with Engineering and Design to refine product direction.
· Balance customer value, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
· Define MVPs and iterative product releases.
Product Delivery· Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
· Support agile planning and delivery.
· Evaluate completed work and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Measure customer feedback and experience effectiveness, then recommend future iterations and platform enhancements.
Product Experience Development (Studio Assignment)· Compose and configure existing JobsEQ capabilities into cohesive, customer-ready experiences.
· Determine the Smallest Delightful Experience (SDE) that best achieves the desired customer outcome.
· Design experiences that guide customers through meaningful workflows and support better decision making.
· Work alongside Product Design to create intuitive, polished customer experiences.
· Validate and refine experiences through customer feedback and usability testing.
· Identify opportunities where additional platform capabilities would materially improve future customer experiences and partner with Core Product to prioritize those investments.
Requirements:· Experience managing SaaS or enterprise software products.
· Comfortable working with highly technical teams.
· Ability to simplify complex customer problems into intuitive product experiences.
· Limitless curiosity.
· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent software industry experience.
· Knowledge of SaaS business model, its delivery, and common challenges.
· Knowledge of agile software management.
· Comfortable using agentic AI.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Flexibility and tactical thinking.
· Occasional travel to meet with clients, stakeholders, or to attend events.
