Technical Leadership: Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Compliance & Permitting: Secure necessary permits and ensure all projects meet local, state, and national electrical codes.
Blueprints & Design: Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications to plan wiring layouts for new constructions or renovations.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown.
Project Management: Estimate materials, labor costs, and timelines for upcoming projects.
Mentorship: Supervise and train apprentice and journeyman electricians, fostering a culture of safety and precision.
Licensure: Valid North Carolina Electrical Unlimited License
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the electrical trade.
Knowledge: Deep expertise in the NEC and local building codes.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
