Job Description

Field Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive measurable growth through strategic field marketing initiatives in a fast-moving technology environment.
You will design and execute programs that generate pipeline, accelerate enterprise opportunities, and strengthen customer and partner relationships.
The position combines strategic planning, account-based marketing, event execution, and revenue-focused collaboration.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and partners to create impactful experiences for key audiences.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who connects programs directly to business outcomes rather than simple engagement metrics.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys building scalable marketing programs.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the development and execution of regional field marketing strategies designed to create pipeline, support sales objectives, and deepen relationships with enterprise customers and partners. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact.

  • Build and execute field marketing programs across North America, including executive events, roundtables, customer meetups, webinars, workshops, roadshows, and virtual experiences.
  • Develop account-based marketing programs aligned with strategic enterprise accounts, expansion opportunities, and priority territories.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to identify target accounts, create engagement strategies, and accelerate active opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to design customer marketing initiatives that increase advocacy, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
  • Plan and execute partner marketing activities with technology partners, cloud providers, global integrators, and channel organizations.
  • Create integrated campaign strategies around field programs, including pre-event promotion, digital outreach, follow-up campaigns, and nurture activities.
  • Own the regional field marketing calendar and ensure alignment with product launches, sales priorities, and partner initiatives.
  • Measure program performance through pipeline contribution, opportunity acceleration, customer engagement, attribution, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage event vendors, budgets, sponsorships, logistics, and execution from planning through post-event reporting.
  • Create repeatable playbooks and processes that allow successful field programs to scale across markets and audiences.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve research, planning, content creation, and campaign execution efficiency.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a revenue-focused field marketer with strong B2B SaaS experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment. You should be comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and detailed execution while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, account-based marketing, or event marketing.
  • Proven experience generating measurable pipeline and business impact through field marketing programs.
  • Experience partnering directly with enterprise sales teams and supporting complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies and enterprise customer engagement.
  • Experience planning and executing executive-level customer events and experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with technology partners, channel organizations, or ecosystem teams.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience measuring marketing attribution, pipeline influence, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Creative problem solver who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience marketing to developer, DevOps, platform engineering, data engineering, or security audiences is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoom, or similar marketing and event platforms is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first culture with opportunities for company-wide in-person gatherings.
  • Home office allowance for remote employees.
  • Meaningful equity participation.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits depending on location.
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) matching program for US employees.
  • Growth opportunities and the ability to advance within the organization.
  • Opportunity to work with emerging technologies and experienced professionals.
  • Collaborative and transparent team environment that values diverse perspectives.
  • Entrepreneurial culture where employees can make a meaningful impact.
  • Supportive workplace focused on innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
