The Product Management Manager will be responsible for driving product strategy, development, and market success by combining business insights, customer understanding, and analytical expertise. The role requires ownership of product initiatives from initial concept through execution, optimization, and commercial growth.
- Lead new product development initiatives, from concept creation and research through product design, launch planning, and market execution.
- Conduct product research, competitive analysis, market positioning, and packaging strategies to strengthen product offerings.
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to gather requirements and develop effective product solutions.
- Drive product adoption and usage by identifying opportunities to improve customer value and market penetration.
- Review and enhance product features, positioning, and operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support pre-sales activities by creating value propositions, solution demonstrations, and business insights for customers.
- Provide post-sales support by addressing customer queries, analyzing feedback, and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Develop annual product plans and track progress toward revenue and commercial performance goals.
- Use data-driven insights and analytics to support decision-making, product improvements, and business growth.
The ideal candidate is a product management professional with experience in developing technology or data-driven solutions, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. A combination of business knowledge, customer focus, and strategic thinking is essential for success in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree along with an MBA from a reputed institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar product-focused role.
- Experience in banking, lending, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
- Knowledge of applied statistics, R, SQL, Tableau, or Python is an added advantage.
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
