Accountabilities:

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the successful execution of large-scale technology programs by aligning teams, managing delivery priorities, and ensuring strong client outcomes. You will serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the delivery of programs composed of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical professionals, analysts, and business stakeholders, to achieve program goals.
  • Monitor program performance through key metrics, including budget, schedules, milestones, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks while developing proactive strategies to maintain successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, resolving concerns, and building trusted long-term relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing processes, encouraging innovation, and improving delivery effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion, contribute to proposals, and support initiatives that strengthen partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure performance targets and client commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with a strong background in technology delivery, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable managing complex environments, guiding teams through ambiguity, and balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting software development, project delivery, or agile technology programs.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project and program risks.
  • Ability to connect strategic objectives with effective day-to-day execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Passion for agile practices, team development, and mission-driven technology initiatives.
  • Preferred: Experience working with federal government clients, government agencies, or federal contracts.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
