The Chief Technology Officer, Principal will provide strategic technology leadership across an Army-focused portfolio, ensuring technology initiatives align with mission requirements, business objectives, and future innovation opportunities.

• Identify and translate client digital needs into technology strategies and solutions across core business areas.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of technology architectures, solutions, and long-term strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend capabilities that improve products, services, and operational outcomes.
• Provide executive-level reporting on technology status, priorities, progress, and strategic initiatives.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the government contracting and IT market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technology solution development.
• Experience creating business cases, solution designs, and proposal artifacts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology functions, IT operations, and modern technology practices.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications in mission-focused environments.
• Experience managing large technology budgets and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
