The Chief Technology Officer, Principal will provide strategic technology leadership across an Army-focused portfolio, ensuring technology initiatives align with mission requirements, business objectives, and future innovation opportunities.
- Identify and translate client digital needs into technology strategies and solutions across core business areas.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of technology architectures, solutions, and long-term strategies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in government contracting, enterprise IT, and complex solution delivery. This leader should combine technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong collaboration skills to drive impactful technology initiatives.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the government contracting and IT market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technology solution development.
- Experience creating business cases, solution designs, and proposal artifacts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology functions, IT operations, and modern technology practices.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications in mission-focused environments.
- Experience managing large technology budgets and resource planning.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
