Mondays - Fridays
On-call after hours and weekends
- Being on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergenciesCompleting grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscapingAssisting with various types of maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative.
- High School Diploma/GED RequiredHave at least three years of experience and HVAC certificationProvide/use of own toolsMust be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staffPossess basic knowledge of the following: HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
