Food & Beverage Server

Join the team at Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to provide outstanding food and beverage service throughout our hotel outlets, including breakfast service, poolside dining, Habana Restaurant, and bar support.

Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.Provide attentive table service and ensure an exceptional guest experience.Support breakfast buffet operations, including replenishing food items, serving beverages, and clearing tables.Process guest checks and room charges using POS systems.Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas.Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members.Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as needed.

Previous restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage experience preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.English required; Spanish is a plus.Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to carry trays, food, and beverages.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor service areas.
