Associate Attorney Opportunity at a Thriving Boston Law Firm
We are a well-established firm with offices in New York and Boston, MA, and a large team of attorneys and legal professionals. We are seeking an associate attorney to join our New York office Our firm handles a diverse range of cases, mostly in immigration but also in civil, criminal, and family law, representing individuals in both state and federal courts. We welcome attorneys at all stages of their careers. Immigration experience is a plus.

License/Certification:
- Active license to practice law in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction (Required).
- License in Massachusetts or New York strongly preferred; New Jersey, Connecticut or New Hampshire also a plus, as our practice includes state court work in addition to federal immigration matters.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience practicing immigration law as attorney of record, including appearances before the Immigration Court (EOIR), removal defense (Master Calendar and Individual Hearings), asylum matters, and/or affirmative filings before USCIS.
- Experience preparing clients and witnesses for hearings and interviews, drafting motions and legal briefs, and managing a caseload.
- Spanish or Portuguese skills.
Other:
- A strong desire to serve individuals and families, with a focus on helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
