The Pharmacy Onboarding Specialist should ensure that every employee who enters Southend Pharmacy understands three things before they are expected to perform independently:

2. How their department's workflow operates.

3. How their work impacts the rest of the pharmacy.

The goal is not simply to get employees through orientation. The goal is to prepare employees to successfully perform their role, understand the Southend standard, and become productive members of their department.
