As a Behavior Consultant, youll oversee treatment for an assigned caseload and provide clinical direction to behavior technicians. Youll deliver assessment, protocol modification, and family treatment guidance while using data and clinical best practices to drive programming and outcomes.

Masters degree
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and/or license required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis
Two years of experience preferred
Ability to meet the physical, safety, communication, and cognitive requirements of the role
Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance according to LEARN clinical standards
Provide clinical direction and professional feedback to behavior technicians
Use clinical best practices and data to drive programming
Document services accurately and on time and report clinical or scheduling concerns promptly
Provide treatment by protocol when needed
Complete required trainings and meetings and follow company compliance policies
