Website Manager

Onsite - Minneapolis, MN

Are you a digital leader with both technical and project management expertise? Bachman’s is looking for a Website Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of our websites and eCommerce platforms. In this role, you'll help create a seamless customer experience while partnering with teams across the organization to support business growth through innovative digital solutions.

You'll oversee website technology, troubleshooting, enhancements, and daily operations while leading cross-functional projects from concept to launch. From advancing our vision for a unified One Bachmans.com experience to developing new digital tools and applications, you'll combine hands-on technical knowledge with strong project leadership to drive results and keep key initiatives moving forward.

Position Duties:
  • Manage and maintain the content, design, and functionality of Bachmans.com and the company intranet.
  • Coordinate website and intranet updates, including seasonal launches and promotional content.
  • Ensure online content is accurate, current, and aligned with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website, intranet, and e-commerce platform issues.
  • Work with IT and business teams to identify and address functionality or programming concerns.
  • Monitor website performance and support a seamless user experience across digital platforms.
  • Assist with the ongoing improvement and optimization of website and intranet systems
  • Work with vendors to develop improvements to site functionality and add enhancements
  • Sitecore and Horizontal management: daily troubleshooting and updating user permissions to reduce vendor expense
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • College degree in Information Systems/Tech
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing websites with exposure to B2C and B2B eCommerce strategies to include:
  • Optimizing the shopping journey to maximize the customer experience and sales conversion
  • Knowledge of website and eCommerce best practices
  • Experience using data to inform decision making
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the website
  • Lead website and eCommerce projects, upgrades, and ongoing improvements while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Passionate about the customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
  • Prior experience supporting, building and launching enterprise-level websites and digital commerce platforms
  • Manage user access and permissions across web-based systems
  • A working knowledge of website security, HTML, FTP clients, API integrations and CSS
  • Coordinate with developers, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
  • Strong teamwork capability and ability to influence others in the organization who are not direct reports
  • Familiarity with hosting, CRM, and ERP platforms such as Sitecore, Shopify, HubSpot, NetSuite, and Order Cloud
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand new technologies and adapt and learn rapidly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours. Will also serve as an on-call resource for website-related outages and urgent support needs.

Compensation: $80-$100k
