ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Waldorf, MD.

As our Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter to them through individualized, evidence-based care. You’ll be part of a collaborative outpatient team focused on delivering a great experience for our patients, supporting one another, and continuing to grow and improve together.
What you'll want to know- Compensation: $90,000-$115,000 base salary, plus applicable performance-based incentive opportunities. Eligible clinicians may also have access to up to $20,000 in personalized career investment support, which may be applied toward areas such as student loan repayment, advanced training, certifications, residency, relocation, or other professional development opportunities, subject to eligibility and program terms.
- Schedule: Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs
- Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Waldorf, MD | Onsite
- The opportunity: Join an established outpatient practice serving Maryland and Virginia communities for more than 30 years, with a manageable average caseload of 10 to 12 patients per day and access to mentorship, clinical resources, and professional development support
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals, progress, and functional needs
- Build strong relationships with patients and help them take an active role in their recovery
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide a consistent, positive patient experience
- Participate in team collaboration, clinical mentorship, and ongoing professional development
Required
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
Preferred
- Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Interest in continuing education, clinical development, and collaborative patient care
