Data Validation Coordinator in Bristol, Pennsylvania at AIRLINE HYDRAULICS CORPORATION

The role of the Data Validation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data within the organization's systems by reviewing and auditing data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data is used properly and complies with regulatory requirements across all systems and processes within the company; essentially safeguarding the validity and integrity of the data throughout its lifecycle. The Coordinator will be required to exercise independent judgement that is built upon pre-established guidelines. This position will be hybrid if within a commutable distance to the Bristol, Pa office and reports to the Data Quality & Integrity Manager.

Gather and validate information from various sources that is to be entered into electronic systemsReview and analyze data sets to identify patterns, inconsistencies, duplicates, and potential data quality issues across various systems and sourcesPerform data cleansing activities to correct errors, standardize data formats, and ensure data integrity through validation checks and data cleansing toolsMaintain and update databases to ensure data consistency and accessibility, including data de-duplicationPerform quality checks to identify and correct data errors, ensuring data integrity and reliability by resolving data discrepancies and inconsistenciesCollaborating with other teams to identify and rectify data issuesCollaborate with various departments to develop and organize online content to improve Google Analytics, SEO, search results, menus, and filtersEnsuring compliance with organizational standards and relevant guidelines
Maintain knowledge of "Airline Cost" when validating data and affects it may cause within other departmentsProvide support to developers, marketing team and sales staff to continually improve the experience of internal and external website usersOther duties as assigned
