In search of a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building located in Bethesda, MD. The hours are M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Some overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
The typical day will go something like this:
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Appliance repair
- Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems
- Provides assistance and support to subcontractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What we are looking for in your resume:
- Must possess CFC Universal
- Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
- Three (3) years minimum experience
- Must have experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances
- Background in residential maintenance, including HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
