Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Refrigeration Technician to support the manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of our industrial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on role working with advanced refrigeration systems in hazardous and industrial environments.

What You’ll Do

Assemble, test, and troubleshoot industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the manufacturing processVerify proper installation and operation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valvesPerform charging, evacuation, leak detection, and pressure testing in accordance with EPA regulations and industry standardsDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues prior to shipmentPartner with engineering to identify design improvements and manufacturability enhancementsDocument testing, troubleshooting steps, and corrective actionsFollow all safety protocols when handling refrigerants and working with high-voltage systemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
