Compensation: $93,371 - $134,451 annually (Exempt)

As we continue to invest in the growth and development of our workforce, we are seeking a Senior Organizational Development Consultant to help build leadership capability, strengthen employee engagement, advance professional development, and support a thriving organizational culture.

This is a highly visible strategic role that partners with leaders at all levels of the organization to design and implement programs that improve leadership effectiveness, team performance, employee experience, and organizational outcomes.

What You'll Do

As our Senior Organizational Development Consultant, you'll partner closely with executive leaders, managers, and teams to identify organizational needs and implement solutions that support Craig Hospital's mission, culture, and workforce priorities.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Leadership Development
  • Lead and enhance leadership development initiatives across the organization.
  • Design, facilitate, and evaluate programs that build leadership capability and strengthen accountability.
  • Serve as a coach and consultant to leaders navigating growth opportunities, team challenges, and organizational change.
  • Help define and standardize leadership expectations and best practices throughout the organization.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Lead employee engagement efforts, including survey administration, analysis, action planning, and leader support.
  • Translate workforce and engagement data into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with leaders to improve employee experience, retention, and team effectiveness.
  • Support initiatives that reinforce Craig Hospital's values and Cultural Covenants.
Organizational Development & Effectiveness
  • Assess organizational needs and recommend practical strategies to improve effectiveness at the individual, team, and organizational level.
  • Facilitate leadership retreats, workshops, focus groups, and team development sessions.
  • Guide leaders and teams through change initiatives and organizational transitions.
  • Lead or support initiatives that strengthen performance management practices and organizational alignment.
Talent & Professional Development
  • Oversee and enhance Craig Academy professional development offerings.
  • Expand development opportunities for non-clinical employees and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create meaningful learning experiences that drive skill development and career growth.
  • Support succession planning and talent review processes that prepare the organization for future needs.
Recognition & Retention
  • Help design and implement rewards and recognition initiatives that celebrate meaningful contributions.
  • Develop programs that strengthen employee connection, engagement, and retention.
  • Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes through data and stakeholder feedback.

  • Establish yourself as a trusted organizational development partner to leaders throughout Craig Hospital.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in organizational development, leadership development, employee engagement, coaching, facilitation, learning and development, change management, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to address complex organizational challenges.
  • Ability to analyze organizational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience leading leadership development, talent management, succession planning, or employee engagement strategies.
  • Certifications or training in areas such as Change Management, SHRM, coaching, leadership assessment tools, Lean methodologies, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
